Eating before exercise ?

If you want to lose weight, exercise on an empty stomach. You'll probably find you have more energy that way too.
 
I usually have something medium light like a bun with tuna or chicken nuggets an hour or 2 before martial arts
Once I had this nice huge bowl of pasta and I had cramps and I wanted to puke.
Afterwards I have something light initially then something heavier like a proper meal
Fruit is a good idea
