Ebook format for my Galaxy Tab?

On our local newspaper website we can download the newspaper in ebook format if we have a subscription. Im not sure what version to download though. I have the kindle app and tried both kindle formats. Neither would display.

These are my options:
Sony

Kindle

Kindle DX

Nook

Kobo

Libre

Cool-ER

eDGe

iRex

NUUT

Do you know if any of the above will work by default?

I downloaded 3 free android e-book readers from the Market and they read any existing formats. Right now I am using FBReader.

I think the Newspaper reader is powered by Kobo.

Okay. I could import the kobo file, but the formatting sucks :-( daily dispatch needs work.

I used Calibre (Windows) the other day to convert a PDF to a kindle format, I see it supports many other formats... http://calibre-ebook.com/
