Ebucks not showing

Is anyone else having a problem with ebucks not being accounted for? Come the end of each month and it seems I am never getting my ebucks, then all of a sudden 3 months later I get some ebucks, yet my spending habbits weren't any different and yes I know what all it is you need to qualify for gaining ebucks, but how do I go about quarrying this with fnb/ebucks ?
 
First off, if you don't get any ebucks in a certain month, it is because you don't qualify, they have certain requirements depending on the account. If FNB is your main account, you should automatically qualify.

Something that is important, you should be using your FNB cards to pay for petrol (this is a huge one), you should also pay for all your purchases using your FNB card instead of cash.

Then there is the regular requirement, ie. need to have phone banking or internet banking enabled, and use it that month, need to get your statements via email, need to have your salary deposited into your bank account ect, also need to have in-contact enabled on your account. There may be others but those are the main points.

Also, log into internet banking, click on the "Rewards" tab at the top, then on the left menu click on "FNB Rewards" then on the popup menu click on the account you want to have a look on. Browse down here, you can then click on individual months and scroll down to see where you qualified or did not qualify, and what you can do to increase your points ect.
