eBucks WTF

2012-10-26 Look&Listen reward 0.00 -210.00 -209.50

I now have a negative eBucks balance and the last time I purchased from L&L was in August.

Anyone else experienced this?
 
haha, -R2.10 fail, never seen it before but check you ebucks account through the online banking, will show u detailed balance and you can see where it went wrong!

AFAIK You can never have a Negative balance, they do decuct for Dormancy if you dont earn and spend for a certain amount of time they deduct a certain amount every month, untill balance is 0 but not into negatives.

Maybe call them to check the story
 
Same happen to me (they've taken back eBucks earned but I'm not in minus), also on 26/10. Have mailed them, waiting for a reply
 
Checked it out, apparently L&L had double credited me when I made the purchase in August, subsequent to that I used the eBucks before the errornous credit could be reversed hence why I have a negative balance. So much for bank errors in my favour :p

Strange, I actually bought different products (DVD specials) 2 days in a row earning same amount of eBucks both days, definitely wasn't a double charge, why did they take mine back then?

EDIT: fixed spelling - now give me back my eBucks:whistle:
