Eclipse ISP

Probably but the uncapped local is the strange part, not even IS has that anymore

well.... their website is hosted on hetzners jhb datacenter.... which means... not sure?!? why would a isp not host their own website?

Because they are resellers, and dont add any value?

they're probably hoping that their customers don't go over the 27GB local cap :D

Do they mean by uncapped local , only 27gig actually ??

I'm 99% sure they just don't realise that their local is capped at 30GB lol. Someone take them to the test, and insist on your local bandwidth.

Eclipse-Isp

It runs on IS's back bone and it does get hard capped after 27g.Although that they are reselling there prices are better than IS's own price. There is not a big mark up on prices. The reason for that is so that everybody can get a 3g cap at a fair price.SO @ R199pm for a 3g cap and 27g local is more than fair.

And for the hosting of site at Hetzner is cheaper to host a server there than maintaining one!

Well for that comment i have no words !!
