Has anyone here in this thread been scammed by the site ecodepot.co.za. The directors all deleted their linkedIn and facebook accounts. Cecile Meintjes and Barry van lingen.
The lawyer(Robyn Hey Attorneys) refuses to give pertinent information to customers who ordered items while the company was already insolvent. The supposed liquidator has a history of fraudulent behavior. No where can we get a list so that we can vote on the best liquidator for the case, they don't want to supply a list of approved liquidators.

If anyone here has been scammed by them let me know, lots of shady behavior from these people.

I know they exit scammed. Their parent company acco ventures which they use to take loans from the bank and wash it to their venture capital firm. They closed acco ventures website also down. The problem is that progressive administrators have such a sketchy past I doubt anyone will ever get anything back.

If there is any victims let me know.
 
This rather sucks, i have successfully purchased items through them.
 
Yeah they are on takealot, I am afraid to say to everyone that u go scammed. I really wished mybroadband would write an article about this company as they have advertised on myboradband before. I guess it is wishful thinking.

The liquidators also have a really shady past. They inform some of the people the workers will get paid first then sars and then the suppliers. People who have ordered and paid for products will receive basically nothing.
 
I have also been scammed out of 11k by them. Called the liquidators and they said they will send me an email. Never received the mail.
