Got a new Ecoflow Delta AC works 100% no problem. Can't seem to figure out how to get the front DC panel to charge anything? It's got USB ports on the front and a DC on/off switch, you push it and the screen comes on but nothing will charge (plugged in 2x phones and nothing..)

Any ideas?

Have you tried the Ecoflow App? Maybe enable it through that.
 
Check and see if you are using the AC plugs at the same time.

As far as I know it cannot provide AC and DC simultaneously.

tried either or, both, everything..

I've emailed their new support help desk... lets see how long this takes.
Can you imagine trying to send it back to TakeAlot for help, would be months before I ever see it again
