Can anyone recommend a good reliable company to build an online store? There are a lot out there but i need something reasonably affordable but with a good design.

Not quite sure what you're asking.

There's plenty open source PHP scripts for ecommerce e.g. zencart and oscommerce. Are you asking for a company to customise one of the existing scripts or build from scratch? You do realize you will need full time admin to run the store?

There are online store builders that are susbscription based. Rather go that route to get started.

Depending on your needs and budget, I would suggest a Magento or Woocommerce (it's based on Wordpress) solution for you. It provides you with a huge amount of flexibility and you own the source code...!

Make sure to use a courier who is using Parcel Perfect as the system. We can then integrate for courier charges and even allow you to label your freight for tracking purposes.
