I just saw the new link on iBurst's site, and Ed Hall now has a Support blog, where questions can be posed to him. I'm not sure if this is going to be much more help than just posting on the forum or phone the help desk, but its more direct and anything you say gets on the iBurst site.

You can actually complain about anything, and it can be general it seems, so you guys can try getting some answers straight from them now, and everyone who browses their site will see it.

Oh, and their puppet ads don't look too great... but it reminds me a lot of Team America, so thats cool.

Personally, I don't like the puppet ad. Ads should be done in a professional manner, especially for this kind of business.

Yes, I actually agree, but I guess they were just trying to be different.

Well they have a limited budget, but those bubble ads at least looked nice. Maby next time they'll get a full on "real" TV ad.

lo, thats been there since the new site went up, its ridiculous, dont know what they were thinking.

I mean the ads that come up before Survivor on M-net. Its just the iBurst orange bubble logo..

Censorship in the making…

Bad idea!

Well this reminds me a lot of the old 20twenty site… The only thing is with 20twenty the clients were impressed with the company.

One is led to assume that iBurst have started this “blog” to control the negative feedback, as they are unable to control it via this site - poor attempt I think.

Who would be interested to speak with a client service agent that doesn’t know anything, about the internet or technology (the L name comes to mind), rather give me the MSN or Skype details of the “knowledgeable” techies.

Now that would be helpful?

IMHO starting a blog on their own site is simply looking for traffic to THEIR site... maybe there's been a lack of visitors to their site so this way it'll force more users to visit their site more often..

just my 2c

Anyone remember the PR disaster of Iburst own public forum? That was a laugh and a half.

But good luck with the blog, Ed.

Anyone should let us know what complaints weren't posted on the blog. will be interesting...

we should go ask for tower numbers right away :)

Amazing that there are no negative comments in the blog, or have they been filtered out.

Well there isn't much negative about the blog yet, all he has done is written a introduction and said iBurst are trying to get things right... how many people would right in about all the negatives of that?

I'm not sure how you are supposed to get anything mentioned on the blog, but I think you are supposed to email him and he might or might not write about it on the blog...

I've seen Ed Hall responses at hellopeter since Feb these year.

Once again since iBurst shares changed hands, things have turned around.
