i am 18 years of age and i only have grade 9, i need to know what can i do in terms of furthering my education.
i hope to find a job in I.T or any trade work.

Good advice, and good luck to OP, it's good that you are thinking about this while you are still 18yo, still plenty of time to do something about it.

Won't get you a diploma, but if it's educating yourself for knowledge sake - there are lots of good quality, free online places to do it.

I got my GED through that last year. It qualifies as nqf4 which is the same level as matric

Was chatting to a parent just last week whose child could not "get into" a USA uni with her South African matric. She did the GED in 5 months and then did her SAT, was immediately accepted into University in the States.
