I'm toying with the idea of building a wine cellar at some future point, probably still a year or 2 down the line, but I'm starting to wonder about the best way to do cooling.
I plan to add a garage on to the front of my property and the thinking was to excavate and have a wine cellar underneath it.
Being in the ground the temperature will be quite well regulated, but I might need to cool it by a few degrees to get to the claimed ideal temperature of 12/13.
60-65% humidity is also good, so a cooling system that doesn't dehumidify would also be a requirement I think.
Anyone have links to good reading or any relevant experience?
