EGM Fable 2 review

OMG!
Could this actually have live up tot the hype..could this be a pre-order game?

I have been a sceptic after the last two hyped games, they shall not be mentioned!
Ok Too human and Star Wars: Force Unleashed.

any game that gets a solid 10 ..... you just know there were back handed dealings somewhere along the line ....... not one game on this entire planet is worthy of a 10.

agreed. like gta4. it was an excellent game to play, but come on! those crap trees! seesh.

Definitely, not MGS4, not LBP, nothing. I'm actually a pretty harsh critic and nary has there been a game to cross the 8/10 barrier. I rate MGS4 around a 7.3/10
 
Fable II would be on my pre-order list anyways :P If it disapointed, some lucky bugger could get it early for 1/2 price on the second hand market :)
 
I saw the number, but I won't spoil ;)

I will tell you this, it wasn't a 10 (thank goodness), but it was high, like preorder high. Like realistically GOTY candidate high :D

I can see the ps3 noobs flaming 'oh LBP beat it la la la'... Droids, enjoy LBP and we (the 360 community) will enjoy Fable 2.

Like many of you, I was a little upset to hear the news that Fable 2's online co-op would not be included at launch. But now I can happily report that it will be available right away after all.

A post on the official Lionhead boards indicates that online co-op will be added via a patch on the game's release date. The patch isn't region-specific, so if you have friends in Spain or Japan you'll be able ransack their towns and engage in all sorts of multinational chicken kicking from day one.

Yeah, looking up on the Lionhead forums, OXM is apparently heavily biased in that article, everyones saying 'Read the EGM one instead!'
 
Well, being the Official Xbox Magazine, the heavy bias is probably understandable. Still think it will rock though.
