Hi Guys

I have an HP Spectre X360 (Not a asus aspire like I originally said) - an awesome little machine for work and travel. However, I am looking at something to replace my PS4 (Just have WAAAAY to many steam games and online friends are more of a PC crowd) so thinking of attaching an External GPU. Problem is, I cant seam to find them in South Africa.

So,
1) Am I being stupid, just keep the PS4
2) Anyone know of where I can find a EGPU in SA?

Stupid me - working on a different machine at the moment (will edit the original post)

Its a HP Spectre X360 - and yes it should be able to use a EGPU based on my research

Ok was wondering did Asus and Acer collaborate on a new laptop. If it has a thunderbolt 3 port it should be able to. They are crazy expensive and then you still have to buy a GPU to use. If you sold the spectre sold the PS4 used the money you would have on the eGPU and the GPU you could buy a decent gaming laptop. It probably won’t be light and small like the spectre.

Yeah - the reason I got the Spectre X360 is that (before covid) I would travel alot and lugging my Gaming laptop around (Asus ROG G752VT) together with all my other gear was a pain. Needed something light, portable, good batter life and powerful enough to compile stuff.

Busy simplifying my life as it looks like after Covid I will need to return home to Germany, so would need to sell things and take as little across as possible.
