eHome Affairs - which application option for Smart ID?

Hi all. After 2 months of being offline, the OTP system is working again on the DHA website, so wanting to get a Smart ID (have the old green book). However, the application options don’t really make sense and can’t find any info on it. Am I meant to choose a “Re Issue” even though it’s the first time I’m getting a Smart ID?

The only option is reissue... I went through the whole process, paid the R140 and chose to do it through FNB. But the wait is still 4 weeks. So I ended making an appointment in Malmesbury Home Affairs for 5 days later. A 70km drive, but only 10 minute waiting time.
