Afrihost, why oh why do you use CCD Couriers for your deliveries?
Awaiting some mobile data SIMS.
1st delivery is done by someone in a battered old Toyota Taz, mess of papers on the passenger seat and floor (looked like RICA documents from delivered SIM cards) and no company branding anywhere or uniform of any sort. I was hesitant to entrust copies of IDs etc. with this person. Delivery was scheduled for later that morning, then that afternoon, and driver actually arrived unannounced 2 hours early, almost missed me. Crumpled delivery notes signed on bonnet of car as no clipboard to press on.
2nd Data SIM has now been rescheduled 3 times for delivery... drivers and the CCD call centre do not seem to be in communication, as each seem to have their own delivery schedule not related to each other... call centre says today, driver phones says running late, call centre phones, says rescheduled for tomorrow, driver calls and wants to reschedule for between 4pm and 6pm that day, call centre phones and confirms delivery for following day. Driver phones to confirm that I had requested it rescheduled for the next day, and mentions he is only in this area in the afternoon. The following day call centre phones to confirm delivery the next day... later call centre phones to reschedule again... and each time a delivery time is an approximate range between say 10am and 1pm.
Left hand knows not what the right hand is doing.
