Hey guys was setting up a 3com officeconnect wireless 11g access point for a client - logged in setup security/filtering etc, then all of a sudden it wont assign an ip via dhcp or accept a static ip - I cannot log in to it , nor can I ping it, takes forever to connect and wont reset via the reset button - reckon this bugger bricked itself?

Try turning it off for a few minutes, switch off the pc as well. Switch on the pc and when it's in the OS, switch on the access point.
 
those are really old, hope you didn't sell that to your client those beast don't do vpn pass through either
