Any natural method to stop or address it ?

So far I have

  • Exercise - I'm overweight ±95kg.
  • Allergies - I've heard this can be a cause, just not sure what.
  • Eat/drink just before sleep - No coffee or alcohol or eating to close to bed time.
  • Surgery - Really sure that's not needed because it's not constant thing.
  • Honey before sleep - hmmm really?
 
Fact is 'boom' is bad - smoking or 'saging'.

Snoring is often a sign of being pre-diabetic.
 
Medical professionals have been trying for decades if not longer to find an effective treatment for snoring and sleep apnea. I think they have given up.
 
As I've said it's an on off thing. like 2 or 3 times a week or 1 or 2 times. Like last night, but I had red wine, coffee probably too much sugar...
 
How tall are you? Alcohol makes you snore more and harder I've been told.

Do you weigh 95 or are you overweight by 95?

If it's the latter, then you are pretty screwed.
