The company behind the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality’s billing system acted quickly on report of a security vulnerability

Have to laugh at the spin they are putting on this. Ex-employee should in any case not have being able to access the invoice if he did not have the correct login details.

everyone makes mistakes or misses something in their jobs. The fact that they have heeded warnings and come out with a fix in quick time is highly impressive in my book.
