Hi guys
I have line that syncs at 12Mbps/1Mbps but the throughput is limited to 1Mbps down and upload bandwidth tests don't even complete.
This is in the Elarduspark area in Pretoria. Is anyone else also experiencing this on their ADSL lines in the area?
I have tried with another ISPs dialup but the results are the same.
