I bought a place to stay , it has got a new meter installed . When I try to buy prepaid using my bank it gives an error . Im told it needs to be activated with some amount first by Eskom before I can buy my own units. I do have a card . Can someone who has experienced this please advise . I'm failing to go through Eskom call centre
