My tenants are pretty good. I just keep a record of their topups and they add it to the rent payment at the end of the month. If they don't, it's a single breaker on my DB
Yeah, if I had good tenants I would as well..
I'm currently struggling with my tenants and their payment habits...... so I have a feeling I'm in for an unpleasant month ahead because I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to ask them to leave.
