Electricity nightmare

Hi All,
Hope someone can help me. My electricity suddenly goes off in the middle of the night, then a couple of minutes later ,comes back on. Only happens to me ,not my neighbours? The DB board stays up. It seems to be when I have a number of appliances and underfloor heating on?? Any ideas on how to solve this?

Ok but before I do, any idea whats going on? I have made sure that there a numerous separate breakers, so none get overloaded

If you have a prepaid meter then that's probably cutting out under high loads. Have it checked out.

I had something like that a while ago and it turned out to be a fault on the pole in the street that connects to my house.

Could be the phase that you are on. Assuming that your house is on a single phase, you could lose your supply whilst your neighbour - one a different phase - would be ok.

My house is on three-phase and - until the municipality replaced the transformer serving the road - would frequently lose one of the phases.

had a wall circuit trip out for no apparent reason - electrician told me to switch off mains and tighten all the connection screws in the wall boxes - never had a problem again.
