Does anyone know what the applicable electricity pricing structure for Gordons Bay is? Service charges, pricing brackets, etc...?

Google city of cape town electricity tariffs. Went up on the 1st July.

I did (https://www.capetown.gov.za/en/elec...sidential Electricity Tariffs Explanation.pdf) and after doing some calculations, I see now I am correctly being charged 132.76 c/kWh. However, I am also being charged a connection fee of charged R100 plus VAT every month. The is no mention of a connection fee on the linked document.
Is this normal, or am I being overcharged?
