Electronics humming buzzing while on inverter ppwer

Good day clever people
Hope you can help after installing a solar power inverter my tv and stereo and led lights started buzzing or humming any solutions out there?

Thank you for your reply I was using a modified sinewave before and no humming or buzzing I observed is it not to do the way I connected my inverter maybe a loose connection or something.

But my real question is how to I clean it up the buzzing sounds

not all modified sinewave inverters are the same, my new Mecer 2400VA has almost no humming coming from inside the unit when loadshedding is on. Luckily my hifi and tv dont produce any humming.

I am not sure how to clean up buzzing and would also like to know out of curiosity if someone out there knows
