So telkom says on their website you can upgrade when you are 22 months into your contract.
I took out a contract in Nov 2014 which I upgraded for the first time in Sept 2016.
It is now 23 months since that upgrade and Telkom is telling me I need wait till September to upgrade, that put this upgrade 24 months after the first upgrade.
is that how it should work: you only wait 22 months to get a new device in the first year after which you need to wait 24?
