Greetings

I have a contract eligible for an upgrade according to the myMTN app, I think it's 4 months away from 2 years mark. Anyhow apparently I'm on the legacy system so I can't be upgraded at all until I've been migrated over - herein lies the problem. Nobody can tell me when it will be, if it will be. They said I just have to wait until I've been updated and keep checking with them. WTF? Keep checking with them until they can see it's been migrated. My question is who can I follow this up with? Surely there's someone somewhere that must know what's cooking here?

Thanks guys

Seems like a strange way of doing things. When Vodacom implemented the new C3D (Siebel) system, it was a phased migration of customer accounts, so similar to what MTN seems to be doing, but both systems ran at the same time.....so if the customer was on the new system, then the consultant needed to log into that sytem and complete the upgrade. If the customer was till on the old system, then simply log in there and complete the upgrade. Vodacom is still running both system in parallel actually because all business accounts are on the old system (thank god for that because the new one sucks balls lol). I hated working on that thing.
