Elite Mobile Contract?

So I tried to get a contract with Elite Mobile. From the website it seems as if it would be very easy to order online. Well it is easy The problem is that their service is non-existent! They don't reply to emails and it takes ages to get them on the phone...Once I did get them on the phone the guy couldn't tell me how far they had processed my order.Anyone got experience with them?

Yes. Cancel now.
They deduct their annual joning fee immediately, then end up giving excuses and later dates every time you call them, because they haven't received the phones yet. After 2 months of chasing after them I insisted on cancellng and an immediate refund.

Well that sucks a lot for me. Sent them all my details already...

I think I'm gonna give them a chance...mainly because I'm too lazy to cancel I see they actually reply on hello peter which I guess is good?!
