8) Elite mobile has been unprofessional,

First I was promised I will get a handset within 5 working days and it took about 3 months to deliver.

I cancelled the contract but it seems the consultant never cancelled it as the phone arrived afterwards.

The phone I received is not a dual SIM as promised

I have been charged for a drop box fee(49) that I did not agree to further more I am paying R51 to Vodacom, yet they should be debiting R129 only. The stop order of R129 has not gone through, the entire time I thought they had adjusted the fee as they did not deliver on what we agreed upon.

I am now receiving messages that I need to make arrangements to pay a balance of about R600

Please sort this out, it's not my problem that you have not debited as agreed and the handset I received shouldn't be costing this much as it is half of what I've been promised.
The airtime I receive, gets finished by the 15th regardless of weather I use it or not.
