rs04-pta is pretty far from being sorted.

I'm so tired of Elitehost. It's down again.

Looks like I'm gonna have to start making plans to find another service provider.

Thinking about the same thing or at the very least split my hosting. Any recommendations ? Looking for a reseller account for about 20 sites.

How would I know if its down ? Websites are up but one customer complaining about emails, I dont see anything outwardly wrong

you contact them, but sites back up, my email was actually working so opposite problem your client was having - this was the support response
