A bit of advice...
Had a recent bit of bother with some abusive email... managed to find out a lot about this unhinged person, except what I really need... their identity.
Have with the help of Microsoft and SAIX abuse departments managed to track down their Telkom username and 1st six digits of their telephone number from their IP address in email headers and server logs...
BUT
Now it seems that to get the rest I will need to follow a legal route and get a subpoena to reveal any more...
* sigh *
Two quick questions...
1) How to go about getting a subpoena ?
2) Any way to arrive at an email address from a Telkom account username?
Any advice would be most welcomed... thanks!
