Email Deleted !

Does anyone know what is up with Telkom's webmail system ...

All messages that were my in my webmail inbox have been deleted without warning.

My spam folder that I setup has also been deleted without warning.

All of this started since they put up the notice that they were experiencing email delivery problems

This is simply not acceptable ! And tech support just send me the standard "we're having email problems" message which doesn't address my issue !

Aaarghh! I know how you feel, ol' chap... I've solved the problem by using another service - free webmail at www.webmail.co.za and www.ananzi.co.za (and I have no connection with any of them except as a user...)

The only email I got regarding mail problems specified that some email delivery would be late, NOT that we would lose our email. This is simply unacceptable.
