More than likely it is the receiving mail server that is rejecting the first delivery attempt. The iBurst server then tries to deliver every few minutes until it gets through.
I would get your editor to investigate his mail server.
No, because when the email wasn't turning up, I sent an email to myself to work out where the problem was. That email was delayed too.
This is still happening this morning. I've sent emails to both my regular and Gmail accounts, and they've not turned up.
