One of our stores is using an iburst account and are having some issues with thier email. I have not done any troubleshooting yet and am inquireing if this is a know iburst issue or more likely a problem at the shop.
The will send an email and the reciepent recieves the same mail upto 30 times, even though it was only orginally sent once.
They are using outlook express to pop the mail.
Any ideas where to start looking?
