Email not being received

I have set up an email address in cpanel for my domain.
I'[m using Contact Form 7 on a wordpress install which is set to send email to that address.

However, when I send a form using that contact form, it says successful on the site, but I don't get anything when I check the email in cpanel.

Can someone help?

EDIT: I just tried sending an email from my personal email account to the address and still nothing received, so it doesn't appear to be on wordpresses side.

Ah found the problem, seems like in cpanel the webmail thing doesn't show you the email from an address you created, you instead have to go to domainname.co.za/webmail and then login with the details of the new email address you created.

In the past i had the same sort of issue with joomla, It turned out to be SMTP on my hosting provider enforced a password on SMTP.

On joomla it self i had to add the password under the configuration, I dont know word press at all.
