Email on BB 9000

Hi all,

Curious problem with a BB 9000 (that unit with the horrid rollerball); maybe you can help. Something happened to the BB of one my office staff (naturally she can't tell me exactly what happened) and now she doesn't have a link to her email on her main screen anymore. I have tried recreating the email account on the phone but it didn't sort it out. I've also tried changing her theme to see if it recreates the icon/shortcut but also with no success.

Wiping the phone is my last resort, so if anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears.

Have you tried going to the host routing table menu and Re-registering?

I didn't but I will certainly try.

They may require cleaning at times but I really prefer them to the trackpad.
