Has anyone had any postive response back from the help desk or technical as to when the email "story" / "fairytale " :cool: will be resolved. To date i have submitted 4 requests to their online help contact thingy on their web page and have had nothing but vauge replies and as to the last three request there has been no reply at all .
The joke is that at the end of this month the email which they reply to will be defunct. I signed up for a mail box with 5 alias's and this should have the ability to send and receive without going through 3rd party mail servers etc.
If "somebody" from WBS could respond please... :mad:
 
you measn Gmail, does the G stand for google? perhaps but perhaps it stands for gigabyte seeing as thats how much space you get
 
okay, READ THIS: the best way for someone to answer your questions and take you seriously is IF YOU CALL THEM. By using the feedback form on their website, you allow them to answer you AT THEIR CONVINIENCE (sp)

YOU pay for a service THEY provide, not the other way around. So get in their face about the mail server TODAY
 
i'd rather wait till they TURN MY FLIPPING TOWER ON before i worry about mail servers
