Has anyone had any postive response back from the help desk or technical as to when the email "story" / "fairytale "
will be resolved. To date i have submitted 4 requests to their online help contact thingy on their web page and have had nothing but vauge replies and as to the last three request there has been no reply at all .
The joke is that at the end of this month the email which they reply to will be defunct. I signed up for a mail box with 5 alias's and this should have the ability to send and receive without going through 3rd party mail servers etc.
If "somebody" from WBS could respond please...
