Email problem , cannot recieve , only send

I cannot recieve any email since this afternoon , worked perfect previously , iphone logs into server , shows No Mail when mail is present , i deleted account , created a new account , same problem , yet i can send mail , same problem when connecting via WIFI

using MTN , ISP , MWEB ,

any suggestions
