Email Software for Company

Hi there.

Im looking for software to manage my company email. We currently use google apps and it works great. However I was wondering if there is a solution to make dealing with email easier.

If one of my staff is of sick or on leave then there is no one answering their emails. It would just be quite nice to combine everything in one place and if someone is out anyone can stand in and answer the email.
