Email SPAM

How does one go about reporting a company for SPAMing? A so called 'SEO' company based in Cape Town subscribed pretty much everyone on two of our domains to a newsletter no one signed up for. I have emailed and asked for how they got our details and they haven't replied yet, I'll wait a day or so but then if they don't reply how do I go about reporting them?

I've collected all there details of their doamins whois and will report them on the bulk email site they used if they don't reply.

Any insight on what I should do would be great!

Yeah used their template to send to the company and sent ISPA a mail asking them what to do...


Perhaps I'll tweet to this 'SEO' Company I wander if they'll respond to some #FAIL's or #SPAM's
