Emails Getting Lost

hi

for some reason email to my domain,(hosted overseas) are not getting delivered. basically any e-mail sent from SA is not getting delivered, but the message sends fine. i can send though a hotmail and a gmail account and it works fine.

any ideas.

What he said. You might find the anti-smap solution on your overseas mail server sees South Africa as a big black whole that only spam comes out of.

yes i can send a email via telnet, and it works. so maybe its a spam issue. i use the same mail server for another account (different domain) and it delivers fine. next step

Check the MX record for the domain is in fact pointing at the server you are testing in telnet.

if the telnet works and you can test a test mail and it gets processed by your server then the missing mail is not even reaching your server.

Probably being killed by spam filters - you sure you not on a ORBS list?

ORBS list ? how would i get on there. could it be related to SAIX as international ISPs seem fine. ok googled it.

What are the IP/mask that Saix use for there servers. I can add trusted networks to my host i see (plesk) maybe that could solve the issue. ?
