emails not getting received

Today i have renewed my black berry services.

Now the problem is that I am unable to receive any emails whereas I can send them and also use messengers.

Please help in this regard.

I also called helpline and they get me hold for 15 minutes but in vien.

Assuming all is well on the network and the service provider, try the built-in firewall. I had this issue once. Check under settings, security, firewall. And make sure emails are not being blocked there.
