Emburst Technical issue

Dear all,

I am knew to the forum but have been following the website for a while.

I have the Emburst connection at home for the last 2 years. I am fairly happy with the service. But I have a technical question that I hope somebody can help me with. (I did phone the helpdesk and so far - no joy.)

I can connect to the network, but cannot get anything from the internet or my mail servers. If I open my web browser it looks for the webpage, but nothing happens. it was first suggested that it is a firewall issue, but I am not using Windows firewall and never had any problems from my firewall programme before.
