Probably a stupid question I know but I want to be sure.

If I have a Cell C 3g bundle and I put that sim card in my cell will I be able to make emergency calls even if there is no credit on the card. I would suspect that you would be able to, but I don't want to phone an emergency number just to check :)

Well yes. Its free.

Just remember that if it is a new SIMCARD I'm not really sure if you have to RICA it first.
