Eminem here in 2014

I hate to use this term, but obviously you're not a real hip-hop fan or you would have known who Action Bronson is (or maybe try find out his proper name). And I really thought Action Bronson's set was really good, except he didn't perform Birds on a Wire.

I just didn't enjoy his performance. Combined with the sound made him look like trash

Wife and I went *She made me go. Seats were in the middle right row, back.
1) Sound was poor. Like they pushed the speakers to max volume and it was distorted.
2) The fat dude before the main act was terrible.
3) It would have been so much better if they removed the first standing crowd and brought the stadium forward. Would have solved a lot of problems.
4) Park and go system was good. No problems my side. Only question is why did I have to be there so early. Wait 6 hours for an 1 and bit show.

N.B. Maybe I am just old.

I was in the middle of standing between the two speaker towers. The left speaker tower wasn't well set up - at times the sound was inaudible. Where were you?

Agreed.

I was on the left of the stage, in the seated section, and quite often the vocals came across as muffled.

Wasn't enough to ruin the event for me- Eminem was absolutely brilliant!

Agreed. I think that his problem was that after Jack Parow amped the crowd up, his mellow flow was a huge downer. He should have opened the show.

So at the time it didn't ruin it for me, but as I reflect on it I think of how I was straining to identify what song was currently being performed, moving standing position a few times to try get better audio (and what the eff was that platform doing in the middle of the stadium?!?), and in general I felt frustrated the Eminem was performing his heart out on the stage and I wasn't getting the full effect from my half of the stadium.

Yeah, the stage was stupidly designed- why did it not have a platform that extended out so that the crowd could be around it?

Thankfully, I could make out (just about) which songs he performed each time, but it was a very muddied sound.
