Empire total war crashes

Does anyone else have the problem where the game crashes quite often after battles? I have updated the last patch and it said there that they improved it, but if you ask me it has gotten worse.

This is making the game unplayable for me as just after i win an epic battle, defeating a major enemy army, it crashes... WTF

It has gotten a lot better - for me - since the patch's.
But its still crashes mostly in sea battles and when I click on certain docks and ships on the campaign map
