I did not complete an EMP 201 or made payment for December. I t was due on 7 January AFAIK.
I see that on the form, provision is made for a 10% penalty and interest as well, calculated at the prescribed rate.
They simply refer you to the SARS site for the table. Where exactly would I find it and would I then calculate from 7 January up to the day (e.g. today) on which I submit it?
