Hey all, hope you can help me.
Every 2 years we need to do our employment equity reports. We started last year, and because it was our first year, we had to report. This year we must again, because reporting must be done every even year(hope this translation is correct?)
So, our Payroll software doesn't have the function to do what I need, so maybe someone here can guide me on what to use?
What I want to do, if we employ new people, I want to add the person details into a program, like we do with all others on the payroll software and also timekeeping software. Details that I need will be:
Full names and surname
ID Number
Date appointed
Date Terminated
Reason for termination
Nationality
Occupation
Occupation level
Disability
Core or support in business
Qualification
New recruit or not
Gender
Race
Promoted or not
Disciplinary action or not
Training
Annual Gross Salary
I need to enter the above details when I employ a new person, and also starting Salary, when and how much when employees get a increase, or a promotion etc. Then every second year, I generate a report for the past 2 years, and I submit that to the consultant who's doing the rest.
