I am desperately looking for software developers/programmers in the Eastern and/or Western Cape to be part of a new business venture - (commencing January/February 2015). I am looking for top class developers that can write across various platforms to develop apps/websites on all cloud based platforms. I offer extremely good salaries per qualifications and experience, with immediate profit share and company shares after the first year.
Software Developers/Programmers (Senior & Jnr) (CPT & PE)
Main Role:
• The Development department is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and Go-To market of the ‘original’ software products. The development work is challenging & rewarding.
• I am looking for top, experienced AND graduate developers that want to grow under senior leadership and all round team members!
• The role is tailor made for someone that wants to learn and embrace new development challenges.
• Smartphone applications with website interaction is the main core of business.
• I offer profit share from day one on each of the 5 projects, with company shares available after one years’ service.
• This is not a normal 9-5 position offered – we work hard and play even harder!
• I promote those who make mistakes…
Duties & Responsibilities:
• You are responsible for your work ethic, hours, and commitment. The more you put in the more you get out – simple! Your responsibilities will be to work with a team to get a product to market from conception through to delivery and support.
• I am after flexible, all-rounders that thrive on challenging, application/website programming, and those that want to gain experience and build a portfolio of achievements.
Education & Qualifications:
• “I hire people – not paper!”
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science or IS will be a significant advantage…though not a determining factor as many of you out there can write code and offer problem solving skills not found in books.
• Solving a problem with solutions is what I am looking for.
Technical Skills & Experience:
• All round full life cycle developers with strong problem solving skills desired.
• Should not be development language bound as you WILL be required to learn new skills for both of our benefits.
• I need across the writing language spectrum for iOS, Android, Microsoft platforms, with html, etc, etc.
• Networking understanding/skills an advantage
• Only self-reliant, self-managing, self-motivating and out the box thinking team players with good interpersonal skills need apply.
