None that I know of. It seems it's easier to emulate consoles that use cartridges instead of CDs.

No go buy the console.
Seriously, there isn't. They made a few PS2 emulators but the games don't work so well.
You will not be able to emulate a PS3 or Xbox 360 on a PC for a good few years still...

ok... well for it to emulate you need those resources that the console has, psx and ps2 are easy coz every computer can do those graphics, BUT there's no computer that has a ps3 cpu or a xbox360 cpu, and there few computers that graphics cards can match let alone beat either console

Good luck finding one! They can't even emulate Playstation 1 games properly, let alone Playstation 2.

If you want emulation, stick to MAME and even that battles on some games. I doubt any PC's would get close enough to emulating 3/7 CPUs which is what the XBox 360 and PS3 have. Both of these consoles are subsidised so it would make sense to rather buy the them then use a R20K PC to try and get close.
