Telkom don't disconnect you if you forget to pay on time, they may send you that voice reminder to pay your account and then a double charge will show-up on your statement.

I suggest you contact them via social media like Facebook or Twitter to assist you. You can post a public message on Facebook if you like or just inbox them with your details including a contact number and the best time for them to call you.
